Dear Valued Customers,

When placing an order, customers must ensure that all required information, including the desired name, paper type, and any other relevant details, is provided clearly and accurately. With Compliments shall not be held responsible for any errors arising from incomplete, unclear, or incorrect information submitted by the customer. Once an order has been confirmed, no changes or amendments may be made.

A design proof will be provided only upon the customer’s request and prior to the commencement of production. Production timelines range from 10 to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation.

As all products are custom-made, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted once production has commenced. Please note that minor variations in color may occur between digital previews and the final printed product due to differences in screen display and printing processes.
